Where margin leaks,
and what recovering it could be worth.

Walk the price-to-pocket waterfall to see where margin leaks between list and bank, then test your own assumptions about improvement, timing and investment. Illustrative throughout: the free assessment does the same on your own extracts.

List price never reaches the bank

Every step below drains margin, and each one lives in a different system, owned by a different team. Finance sees the invoice line; almost no one sees the pocket. Tap any step to see who owns it today.

Illustrative example. The steps and their percentages are an example, not your data or a benchmark; the assessment maps yours from your own extracts.

Every lever on one governed record

Margin doesn’t leak because of bad decisions, it leaks because no one can see the whole walk. Pricing, discounts, promotions, rebates and contracts each live in their own tool, so the cumulative giveaway never lands in one view until it’s already in the rear-view P&L.

The economics on your assumptions

Enter your revenue and margin, set the improvement you consider plausible, and see how it would flow into operating income. Revomo publishes no benchmark; an evaluation sizes the opportunity on your own data.

Your assumptions

Revenue in the scope you want to evaluate, for one year, in US dollars.

Operating income as a share of revenue today. Used only to draw the P&L; the outputs do not depend on it.

Your assumption, in basis points of revenue. 100 bps is 1.00%. A user input, not a Revomo benchmark.

The portion of the assumed annual opportunity expected in the first year after timing and execution effects. A user assumption, not a Revomo prediction.

The costs you want to evaluate: subscription, any services outside the included scope, and internal effort. Published pricing

What this model does not show. Whether the improvement is available in your business. The free margin assessment answers that from a quarter of your own invoice and adjustment extracts, and an evaluation sizes the opportunity on your data against success criteria you agree.

FAQ

Common questions

Where does the margin improvement come from?

From three places, and we do not publish a benchmark for how much. Less leakage across discounts, rebates and agreements once they are visible in one commercial model; better price realization from guidance that accounts for cost and market; and faster repricing when cost or demand moves. How much each is worth depends on where your margin leaks today.

Is the model on this page realistic for us?

Treat it as illustrative. The model is a calculator you adjust to your own revenue, margin and an improvement you choose; it is not a Revomo result or benchmark. In an evaluation we size the opportunity on your own commercial data against success criteria you agree, before you commit.

Why does it matter that pricing, rebates and contracts share one model?

Because margin leaks between systems. When pricing, discounts, rebates and contracts each live in a separate tool, no one sees the cumulative giveaway until the quarter closes. With shared commercial context, the price-to-pocket picture is in front of the person deciding a price, quote or agreement, at the point it can still be changed.

How long does it take, and how disruptive is it?

It depends on the scope of the first solution, the systems being connected and how ready the data is. Revomo does not replace your ERP or CRM; it reads from them and publishes approved changes back through configured workflows. The Activation and Success Plan records the scope, who does what on both sides and the target dates before work starts.

How is the margin number defensible to our CFO and board?

Every figure traces to the record behind it. Each recommendation shows its assumptions, inputs and evidence, and every action carries lineage and an audit trail. Actions proceed through approval workflows, so finance can see how a number was produced and who approved the change. The Activation and Success Plan includes a value review of realized results against the modeled case.

What does it cost?

Every subscription includes the Commercial Data & Context foundation at $18K a year, and you add capabilities individually at published Growth rates. Users are unlimited, with no per-seat fee. Standard implementation is included for the scope recorded in the Activation and Success Plan; bespoke integrations, custom development and material data remediation are scoped separately.
