Common questions
What does the $18K foundation include?
The Revomo Platform Foundation includes Data & Context Studio, shared Commercial Context, Revomo AI, Copilot, AI Agents & Automation, and Governance & Security. These provide the shared environment used by your selected commercial capabilities. Copilot and agent usage follow the included capacity allowances, and available actions depend on your licensed capabilities and permissions.
Can I add capabilities later?
Yes. Every subscription includes the Revomo Platform Foundation at $18K a year, and you add commercial capabilities individually at published Growth rates. You can begin with a single capability and add others as your pricing and commercial workflows mature. The foundation is always included and counted once, however many capabilities you add.
Are users unlimited?
Yes. Growth subscriptions have no per-seat fee, so pricing, finance, sales, product and leadership teams can all work in Revomo under standard Growth terms. Adding people does not change the price; the price changes only when you add capabilities or additional capacity.
What implementation is included?
Standard implementation (Standard Delivery) is included for the scope recorded in the Activation and Success Plan: onboarding, configuration, data setup, deployment support and training. Bespoke integrations, custom development and material data remediation are scoped separately. The plan records the scope, who does what on both sides and the target dates before work starts.
What capacity is included?
Standard mid-market operating capacity is included in four categories: data and processing, integrations and APIs, modeling and optimization, and AI and agents. That is the capacity most mid-market teams need to run Revomo in production. The Standard Capacity Schedule sets out the allowances that come with the subscription.
What if we exceed an allowance?
There is no automatic or retroactive overage charge. If usage materially exceeds an included allowance for three consecutive months, we notify you and agree additional capacity in good faith. Capacity is added by Order Form amendment, invoiced annually alongside your subscription, without changing the capabilities you license. Higher usage on its own does not move you to custom pricing.
When does custom pricing apply?
When requirements change the deployment architecture or the service commitments, not when usage grows. Examples are business-unit or regional requirements that need separate infrastructure, data residency or service commitments; transaction scale that changes the deployment architecture; private or dedicated hosting; and specialized service-level commitments. Using Revomo across more teams or workspaces does not by itself require custom pricing.
Does company size affect Growth pricing?
No. Growth pricing is the published price of the foundation plus the capabilities you select, and any additional capacity you add. It is not set by seat count. A deployment is quoted separately only when its infrastructure, data-residency or service requirements change beyond a standard Growth deployment.
