The terms that govern your use of the revomo.ai website. Use of the Revomo platform is governed by a separate services agreement.
1. About Revomo
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at revomo.ai (the “Site”), operated by Revomo, LLC. Use of the Revomo platform and Services is governed by a separate written SaaS or subscription agreement, not by these Terms. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to: access the Site or any system without authorization; copy, reproduce or redistribute Site content except as expressly permitted; use automated means to scrape or harvest content; or post or transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful material.
3. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos and materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to Revomo, LLC and are protected by applicable laws. You may view the Site for the purpose of evaluating our products; no other license is granted.
4. No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revomo’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Revomo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

The Site may link to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, the content, products or practices of those third parties.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are posted here with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
