Commercial terms you can see before you buy
Each statement below is carried by a clause in the published documents. Follow the link to read the governing language rather than taking the summary on trust.
Pay for the applications you license
By application, and the rates are published.
Published Growth pricing starts with the required Commercial Data & Context foundation and adds applications individually. The Order Form carries the published list fee for each application and records any discount once, on the subscription line, so the list value, the discount and the contracted value all stay on the record.
Unlimited users
No per-seat tax on adoption.
Authorized Users are unlimited under standard Revomo Growth terms, subject to named-user credential rules: credentials are issued to named individuals, and account sharing or concurrent use of a single credential is not permitted.
Standard Delivery included
Implementation is scoped before it becomes a surprise.
Standard Delivery is included in the Subscription Fees and consists solely of the scope recorded in the Activation and Success Plan: environment setup, Commercial Data & Context configuration, standard data mapping and initial load, the standard integrations identified in the deployment scope, application configuration, standard workflows and permissions, business validation, enablement, production deployment and hypercare. Custom development, bespoke integrations, material data remediation, custom model development, custom optimization development and additional or on-site enablement are separately scoped.

Standard operating capacity included
Normal operation should not create a second bill.
Standard Growth subscriptions include defined operating capacity across data and retention, integrations, APIs, scheduled processing, environments, modeling, optimization and AI or agent workloads. The allowances live in a versioned Standard Capacity Schedule that the Order Form incorporates by reference as of its date.

No automatic overages
Usage growth starts a conversation, not a surprise invoice.
Under standard Revomo terms, usage above an included allowance does not create an automatic or retroactive overage charge. Where usage materially exceeds an allowance for three consecutive months, Revomo gives notice, the parties discuss appropriate additional capacity in good faith, and if no expansion is purchased Revomo may require usage to return to the contracted allowance.
Explicit renewal economics
Know the basis for renewal before you sign.
The Order Form records the renewal pricing basis, whether renewal runs on the contracted annual subscription or on published list price, and the maximum annual renewal increase where one is agreed. Renewal pricing under the Agreement is otherwise subject to written notice ahead of the renewal date.

The Schedule is referenced by the Order Form and incorporated as of its date. The Activation and Success Plan is the delivery record beside it and modifies nothing.
Order of precedence
The legal order of precedence is governed by the Subscription Agreement. An Order Form may modify a specific provision of the Agreement only where it expressly identifies that section and clearly states the intent to override it. The Order Form does not otherwise control.
This Agreement consists of the body of this Agreement, the Exhibits identified above, and each executed Order Form. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency among these documents, the following order of precedence shall apply, with each item controlling over those listed after it: (i) the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated under Exhibit C, where applicable to a Restricted Transfer (each as defined in Exhibit C); (ii) Exhibit C (Data Processing Addendum), solely with respect to its subject matter; (iii) Exhibit B (Service Level Agreement), solely with respect to its subject matter; (iv) the body of this Agreement; and (v) any Order Form. Notwithstanding the foregoing, an Order Form may modify a specific provision of the body of this Agreement only if it (a) expressly identifies by Section number the provision being modified and (b) states the Parties’ clear intent to override such provision; absent such express reference, the body of this Agreement controls.

Data and privacy
Know what happens to your data
Customer Data
As between the parties, Subscriber retains all right, title and interest in and to Subscriber Data.
Security
Revomo maintains a written information security program designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Subscriber Data, and documents technical and organizational measures in Annex 2 of the DPA.
Personal Data
The DPA sets Revomo’s Processor and Service Provider obligations under GDPR, UK GDPR, the Swiss FADP and the CCPA, where applicable.
Subprocessors
Annex 3 identifies the authorized subprocessors. Revomo gives at least thirty days’ prior written notice before engaging a new subprocessor, and Subscriber may object on reasonable data protection grounds.
International transfers
The DPA addresses Restricted Transfers through the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum and Swiss transfer treatment.
Independent attestation
The DPA records that Revomo maintains a SOC 2 Type II report covering Security, Availability and Confidentiality, made available once per calendar year on written request under confidentiality.
Aggregated and de-identified data
The Agreement permits Revomo to use Aggregated Data, meaning data in aggregated or de-identified form that does not identify Subscriber, its Authorized Users or any individual. Read the clause for its exact scope.

Frequently asked
How is Revomo priced?
By application, at published Growth rates. Every subscription includes the Commercial Data & Context foundation, and applications are added individually. The Order Form shows every published list fee, records any discount once on the subscription line, and carries the contracted value.
Do you charge per user?
No. Under standard Growth terms the Order Form provides unlimited Authorized User seats with no per-seat fee. Credentials are issued to named individuals and may not be shared or used concurrently.
What usage is included?
Standard Operating Capacity across data and retention, integrations, API volume and rate, scheduled processing, production and non-production environments, predictive and modeling workloads, optimization and AI or agent activity. The allowances are set in the Standard Capacity Schedule that the Order Form incorporates.
What happens if usage exceeds an included allowance?
Nothing is invoiced automatically. Revomo gives notice. If usage materially exceeds an allowance for three consecutive months the parties discuss appropriate additional capacity in good faith, and if no expansion is purchased Revomo may require usage to return to the contracted allowance. No retroactive or automatic overage charge applies unless expressly agreed in writing.
Is implementation included?
Standard Delivery is included in the Subscription Fees for the deployment scope recorded in the Activation and Success Plan. It is an enumerated list, not an open-ended promise.

What is the Activation and Success Plan?
The companion to the Order Form. It records the deployment scope and the Standard Delivery scope, who does what on both sides, the source systems and integrations, the target dates, any optional Professional Services, and the success measures and review cadence, in five phases from kickoff to the first value review. It is versioned as the deployment progresses and is not signed, so it does not modify the Order Form or the Agreement.

What is Standard Delivery?
Solution alignment for the agreed initial use cases, environment setup, Commercial Data & Context configuration, standard data mapping and initial load, the standard integrations identified in the deployment scope, configuration of the subscribed applications, standard workflows, roles and permissions, business validation, administrator and end-user enablement, production deployment and a stated period of hypercare.
What does Revomo charge separately?
Additional capacity, Priority Support, custom development, bespoke integrations, material data remediation, custom model or optimization development, modifications to your systems, additional or on-site enablement, and larger Professional Services engagements. Anything outside Standard Delivery requires a statement of work or an Order Form amendment.
How do renewals work?
The Agreement renews for successive one-year terms unless the Order Form states otherwise, with non-renewal notice as recorded there. The Order Form records the renewal pricing basis and the maximum annual renewal increase where one is agreed.
What service level does Revomo commit to?
A 99.9% monthly Availability Commitment, measured per calendar month against Revomo’s production environment. Severity 1 incidents receive status updates at least every sixty minutes through resolution and a post-incident report within five business days. Service credits run from 5% to 30% of monthly Fees.
What documents make up the agreement?
The body of the Subscription Agreement, the Exhibits it incorporates, and each executed Order Form. Exhibit A is the Order Form, Exhibit B the Service Level Agreement and Exhibit C the Data Processing Addendum. The Standard Capacity Schedule is a commercial schedule the Order Form references.
Can an Order Form change the Subscription Agreement?
Only in a narrow way. An Order Form may modify a provision of the Agreement only if it expressly identifies that provision by Section number and states the parties’ clear intent to override it. Absent that express reference, the body of the Agreement controls. The Order Form otherwise sits last in the order of precedence.
How does Revomo process Personal Data?
Under Exhibit C, which sets controller and processor roles, documented instructions, confidentiality obligations, security measures, subprocessor terms, data subject rights assistance, security incident notification and international transfer mechanisms.
Where can I see Revomo’s subprocessors?
Annex 3 of the Data Processing Addendum lists the authorized subprocessors with purpose, location of processing and transfer safeguards. Revomo gives at least thirty days’ notice before engaging a new one.
Can I see previous contract versions?
Yes. Every current and archived template is listed with its applicable period and status. Archived documents are labelled and do not apply to new orders.
