Start and expand

### Start with one priority. Build on the same foundation.

Launch a ready-to-use solution, configure it around your policies, and extend into adjacent commercial needs using shared data and capabilities.
- **Start** Choose a ready-to-use solution for an immediate business need.
- **Configure** Adapt rules, workflows and approvals to your business.
- **Expand** Reuse the foundation as you add commercial solutions.

The decision loop

### From insight to action. With outcomes connected.

Understand what is happening, evaluate the response and execute under your policies. Measure results to inform the next decision.

AI-assisted · Policy-governed

AI assistance and governance apply across all three stages. The flow: signals become an insight; candidate responses are evaluated against objectives and constraints and one is selected; it passes approval where required and becomes a recorded change; measured outcomes, actual against expected, inform the next decision. Shared commercial context sits beneath every stage.

Integrations

### Connect your systems. Carry decisions through.

Bring commercial data into Revomo and publish approved changes through supported connectors, APIs and file-based integrations.

Integration flow. Business systems such as ERP, CRM and CPQ, data warehouses, and spreadsheets and files bring data into Revomo's commercial context. Decisions pass through governed execution: review, approve, publish. Approved changes are published to connected systems such as ERP, CRM and CPQ, commerce and EDI, and BI and reporting. APIs and webhooks extend the platform. Identity and single sign-on sit outside the data flow. Vendor names are examples. Business systems Revomo Connected systems
- **ERP** Products, costs, orders
- **CRM & CPQ** Accounts and opportunities
- **Data warehouse** Transaction history
- **Spreadsheets & files** Price and cost files

- **Commerce & EDI** Published prices
- **BI & reporting** Dashboards and reports

**Governed execution** Review · approve · publish

**APIs & webhooks** Extension paths for your own integrations

Identity & SSO Okta · Microsoft Entra ID Sign-in and access, separate from the commercial data flow.

Governance

### Governed across the platform.

Protect commercial data, control consequential actions and retain the evidence behind decisions.
- **Protect** Security and access controls. Single sign-on, roles and permissions decide who sees and changes what.
- **Control** Permissions, policies and approvals. Configured constraints apply to recommendations; changes that need approval route to the people who sign.
- **Trace** Records, lineage and audit. Approved changes keep their lineage and an audit trail of who did what, and when.

How your data is used

Revomo uses your commercial data to support analysis, predictions and recommendations within your workspace. It is not used to train third-party foundation models.

Revomo-provided inference runs on Amazon Bedrock, a listed subprocessor. Where you bring your own inference (BYOI), inference runs under your arrangement with that provider.

Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve the service and its models, only in a form that cannot identify you, your users, or any customer, transaction or price, as the Data Processing Addendum sets out.

FAQ

### Common questions

What is the difference between a capability and a solution?

A capability is a part of the platform, such as Price Management or Planning & Forecasting. A solution combines the capabilities a business need calls for, configured to your policies, such as Cost Recovery & Repricing. Solutions share the same commercial context, so each one builds on what is already in place.

[Explore solutions →](https://revomo.ai/solutions/)
Can we start with one solution?

Yes. You can start with the solution for your most pressing need and add others later. You do not need to adopt every capability, or build a solution yourself, before you start.
How do we expand into additional solutions?

A new solution reuses the commercial context, definitions, workflows and approvals already in place, and adds the capabilities it needs. The scope of each addition, including any new integration or configuration work, is agreed before it starts.

[Solutions and pricing →](https://revomo.ai/pricing/)
How does Revomo connect to our existing systems?

Through supported connectors, direct API integration and scheduled file exchange, including warehouse and lakehouse sources. Approved changes are published back to connected systems through configured workflows. The method for each of your systems is confirmed during activation.
What needs configuration during implementation?

Usually: which sources connect and how their records map into the commercial context; shared definitions such as cost and margin; pricing rules, hierarchies and guardrails; approval workflows and roles; and the systems approved changes are published to. The scope is recorded in the Activation and Success Plan.
