The Standard Capacity Schedule is a draft: its dimensions are defined but its allowances are not yet published, so it is not yet incorporated into any Order Form.

- Standard Operating Capacity introduced
- Automatic and retroactive overage charging removed from the standard Order Form
- Persistent Capacity Exceedance process added
- Licence rights separated from implementation scope
- Renewal pricing basis made explicit
- Interactive public Order Form introduced
- Activation and Success Plan companion introduced; deployment scope, Standard Delivery, working contacts, target dates and Professional Services moved out of the signed Order Form
