It is referenced by, and incorporated into, an Order Form as of that Order Form's date. Modules determine what you can do. Capacity defines how much you can operate. Where an Order Form records a different allowance for a dimension, that Order Form controls for that dimension. Where an Order Form is silent, this Schedule applies in full. ### 1 How capacity works # **Included by default.**Standard Operating Capacity is included in the Subscription Fees. It is not a separate charge and is not metered for billing purposes under standard Growth terms. **No automatic overage.**Usage above an included allowance does not create an automatic or retroactive overage charge. Where usage materially exceeds an allowance for three consecutive months, Revomo gives notice and the parties discuss appropriate additional capacity in good faith. If additional capacity is not purchased, Revomo may require usage to return to the contracted allowance, subject to the Agreement. **Changing capacity.**Additional capacity is agreed through an Order Form amendment. It is never applied retroactively and never invoiced without prior written agreement. **Versioning.**This Schedule is versioned. An Order Form incorporates the version of this Schedule in effect on that Order Form's date; a later revision does not change an executed Order Form. ### 2 Data and retention # **Active data / record capacity** Records under active management Included allowance: **Not yet published** The volume of commercial records under active management across the subscribed modules, counted as the number of live rows in datasets, price lists, views and rulesets that the Service maintains and recalculates. **Storage capacity** Stored data volume Included allowance: **Not yet published** Total stored volume for Subscriber Data across production and non-production environments, including source extracts, imported files and generated outputs. **Data retention** Retention period Included allowance: **Not yet published** The period for which historical records, versions and audit history remain queryable within the Service before archival. ### 3 Integrations and API # **Standard integrations** Concurrent connections Included allowance: **Not yet published** The number of Standard Integrations maintained concurrently. A Standard Integration uses a generally supported Revomo integration pattern, connector, API, database extract or file-based exchange, without material customer-specific software development. **API capacity** Calls per period Included allowance: **Not yet published** Total volume of authenticated API calls across all integrations and custom clients in a billing period. **API rate limit** Calls per interval Included allowance: **Not yet published** The sustained request rate a single tenant may issue before requests are throttled. Throttling protects service availability and is not a commercial charge. ### 4 Processing and environments # **Data processing / scheduled workload** Scheduled compute Included allowance: **Not yet published** Routine pipeline execution, imports, analytical recalculation and scheduled jobs. This capacity is consumed by normal operation of any subscribed module, including where Predictive Modeling and Decision Optimization are not licensed. **Production environments** Environments Included allowance: **Not yet published** Environments serving live commercial decisions and published prices. **Non-production environments** Environments Included allowance: **Not yet published** Sandbox, staging and QA environments used for configuration, testing and validation. ### 5 Modeling, optimization and AI # **Predictive and modeling capacity** Model runs Included allowance: **Not yet published** Execution of elasticity, demand, win-probability and other predictive models where Predictive Modeling is subscribed. **Optimization capacity** Optimization runs Included allowance: **Not yet published** Execution of scenario and price optimization workloads where Decision Optimization is subscribed. **AI and agent capacity** Agent and assistant operations Included allowance: **Not yet published** Copilot interactions and agent-executed actions across the subscribed modules, including tool calls made by agents operating within governed policy. ### 6 Measurement and notice # **Measurement.**Revomo measures capacity from its own production telemetry. Measurements are made available to Subscriber on request. **Notice.**Where consumption approaches or exceeds an included allowance, Revomo notifies the Subscriber administrators named in the Order Form before any commercial conversation begins. **Fair use.**Capacity supports the commercial, pricing, revenue and margin management purposes of the subscribed modules. The Service is not a general-purpose data warehouse or general-purpose compute platform.
