An Order Form may modify a specific provision of the Agreement only where it expressly identifies that section and clearly states the intent to override it. The Order Form does not otherwise control. *This Agreement consists of the body of this Agreement, the Exhibits identified above, and each executed Order Form. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency among these documents, the following order of precedence shall apply, with each item controlling over those listed after it: (i) the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated under Exhibit C, where applicable to a Restricted Transfer (each as defined in Exhibit C); (ii) Exhibit C (Data Processing Addendum), solely with respect to its subject matter; (iii) Exhibit B (Service Level Agreement), solely with respect to its subject matter; (iv) the body of this Agreement; and (v) any Order Form.
